Poor Some issues I incurred was I called room service (front desk) asking for help with the Air conditioning. The staff person stated that she would send someone up, but no one showed up. I asked for a non smoking room, but when I checked in, it was a smoking room. I'm an asthmatic person. The room itself was not appeaseable for the amount it cost. Please advise as to how this matter can be resolved as I did not enjoy my stay. I

We stayed in the Chelsea Tower. I do not recommend this tower. You are very isolated from the rest of hotel/ casino. No security. Too far from casino Property is located right on boardwalk

Never go there again They didn’t clean our room the entire stay. Screaming children at 2 in the morning. Poop in the elevator. Barking dog at 6 in the morning Not applicable

Disappointing A lot of walking to room for an accessible room. Not toilet paper in room took 2 hours for them to bring some Nothing

Poor L'établissement est très sale : les couloirs, la chambre. Nous étions dans une chambre où la moquette était mouillée et donc une odeur d'humidité (moisi). Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais la propreté n'y était toujours pas. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, 2 grandes serviettes pour 4 personnes... Très grand hôtel mais peu de personnel disponible. Rien.

Bad i went to my room and someone else was in there. i had to switch rooms were i was on one side while my family was on another side of the casino . i was over charged and no one is available to help
