Not happy! I upgraded to a ocean view & the window was so dirty I could not see the view. I wanted my money back but was too tired to argue about it. I always stayed at the Tropicana, but that will make me reconsider. The location & indoor activities

nice but uncomfortable and inconvenient getting up at 12am to walk down 18 flights of steps for a fire alarm everything is convenient

Disappointed w giving the wrong room, that I booked for and some Staffs "STILL WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK THAT WAS TAKING BY FRONT DESK CLERK "NELSON". I WAS TOLD BY HIM, MY $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT WOULD BE GIVING BACK WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. IT PASS OVER 1 MONTH.
