My wife felt very uncomfortable on the casino floor, because every time she sneezed, the people looked at her as if she Went to sleep with the heater on, but then the hot air turned into cold air while we slept causing my wife to catch a cold. She woke up with a runny nose, and sneezing too much!. I checked out of the hotel some time around 6:00pm on Sunday March 19th and went back home to Pennsylvania. Very Poor The room were not clean stuff was broken ie..the coffee machine in the room the ad said microwave but there was no microwave. The vent was off the air-conditioned and keep falling the floor the list goes on Its right on the board walk

Chelsea Tower Room Did not like the room in the Chelsea tower. Hallways smelled stuffy and humid, the room was humid, and the thermostat did not work. The shower made noise when turned on. There was not an extra security lock on the door. The desktop where TV was had coffee spills under it. I liked the location.

Disappointing My Chelsea room was disappointing and dirty and made me check out early. That whole wing should be destroyed. The casino and hotel in general were good.
