The room I “upgraded” to (Chelsea Tower 18th FL) was UNACCEPTABLE. Dirty curtains, room was dated. I will not consider t Dated and dirty room. Filthy curtainsUNACCEPTABLE for the amount of money they charge for the stays there. Location to Broadwalk Hall.

Disappointing The remote didn’t work and we asked for another earlier in the evening. They finally brought it to us at 1:20 am when we were asleep. The person pounded on the door 3 times. We were told the pool was open when we called and it fact, it’s never open on Tuesdays.
