Disappointing No microwave in Jr.Suite and room was a lil outdated we spent money on food and couldn't finish it and couldn't reheat it anywhere so it went to waste and we had a Jr Suite with just a mini fridge they need a microwave in Jr Suites for the price you pay The Atmosphere was great I had a Jr.Suite a little outdated and I could have used a microwave at least I Looove the restaurants and the Havana side it was cool. Overall I give it a 4-5 just off of atmospheric setting

really unpleasant they change my room 3 times they over charge me my card never returned my security money back they change my room 3 times and one of them some else have the same key as me nothing

We will not be visiting this establishment again Staff was rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. I booked a king size bed online the day before and when we arrived they told us the room was gone and had to settle for a smaller room with double queen beds. Girls fighting in our hallway at 3am. Security was called 18 times but never showed up to assist. Place was a mess Nothing

we spent 200$ for a suite and stayed in a 39$ room because they were booked. could spend more money on cleaning? it was huge
