Always double check where you staying My room was very dusty (floor) not the upscale style I'm use to I paid too much money for what I got. I usually stay at Cesar but I had a great stay with you over a year ago. I am very disappointed with that room very poorly taste. Small TV, Refrig. barely cold , hair everywhere and 35th floor with all the most nosiest parties 🥳 you got to be kidding me!! Stay inside! I expected more from such a famous hotel... When parking in the tropicana parking lot (use self-parking, the valet service is chaos) you have to find your way to the hotel lobby by yourself. You stumble through the shopping area as well as the casino until you finally find the lobby in the basement, it was exhausting and felt kinda weird walking through the whole building with my luggage not knowing where to go. Disappointing bathroom light not working, the long elevator wait yo get to your car. I liked the view, I had booked a king sized bed and got a double queen instead, the light above the shower wasn’t working it kept flicking. parking isn’t included in your stay.

Bad There were stains on the furniture and carpet, the molding of a window frame was coming off, and the bathroom door was hard to close. The view was terrible, garbage and ladders on the roof below, the side of another dirty building. The indoor pool was not open during our stay, yet the resort fee still applied. The Tropicana casino smoking rooms in the west are very filthy and dirty and way too expensive for the quality of your s The floors were very dirty. The bathroom was very dirty and filthy. There was mildew on the floor and dirt all over the floor. My socks were black by the time I left the room and I was in the room for only 12 hours. It was not a good stay because I felt the room was very dirty.
