this experience makes me want to pick another casino next time. check in express was not working. I had to wait in a long line to get checked in. check out was not working. now employee around so had to go all the way back down stairs. Chelsea towers is far too long of a walk from casino good food

Disappointing Food was way over priced and didn’t get a rebate when I left early I gave a free day away and still had to pay resort fees Received three different answers on the on site parking I informed them I was staying for three days and got three different pricing $10 $20 and $35 I had to check out a day early and ended up paying for a Friday night and resort fees no compassion for me having to leave a day early due to business

Bait & Switch room bookings. I’ll never return I booked a Deluxe King and got a tiny room next to the swimming pool, not at all deluxe in any way. I was locked out of my room because my key just randomly stopped working, and waited AN HOUR!!! dir security to come up and let me in. I called down 3 times and nobody came, nobody cared. It was horrible and embarrassing. The lobby and casino are very nice. Great ships in the Quarter and very clean
