It was a convenient location for a quick getaway. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. Dust and dirt especially behind the furniture. The ceiling had stains and it became questionable how well anything else was cleaned. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door and after stepping out in the morning, when we came back we found a woman housekeeper in our room. Not worth it. The check in line was too long, the line for the elevators (West Tower) were too long, the room was dirty when we checked in. Floor was sandy, there was hair in the shower, and garbage under the beds. I liked the view from the room. Also the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Overpriced for Lowbudget experience Room was not clean, refrigerator and bathroom dirty, vending and ice machine were broken. Wifi was horrible, wait time for elevators was ridiculous. Frontdesk NEVER answered phone. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. Handicap accessibility was horrible, hard to access, and limited. Overpriced for low budget overall experience. Would NEVER RETURN to TROPICANA. Location was excellent!.

Disgusted The hotel is dirty(my room the hallways) it smelled dirty, the elevators to access your room.( you had to wait in a long long long line just to get to your room) THE WHOLE ENTIRE LAYOUT OF THE HOTEL PERIOD. I think it's ridiculous to have the hotel lobby downstairs and your rooms are scattered all over the place. (That is very exhausting because you have to walk from one end to the next. Expensive, unique environment. As first time visitors, it was very difficult to figure out where to go to check-in. Both lanes on the right say "valet" but in reality, after you turn right, the left lane is for non-valet cars to check in. A map of the property would be extremely helpful both inside & outside. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. There is truly no "smoking section " as all areas within the casino and nearby smelled strongly of smoke. This made my stay quite unpleasant. Pésimo Alfombra del dormitorio mojada y con mal olor, si debemos hacer el check out a las 11am y la piscina abren a las 10am, en qué tiempo se supone que podemos usarla ?
