The hotel was close to amenities but the incident with housekeeping turned me off I waited over 1 hr for house keeping to bring me 2 more towels. Saw a cleaning person on the floor. I asked her for extra towels and with a big attitude, she could’t give me anymore but caved in a gave me one.

Subpar. Other resorts have BEEN way better The elevator system in West Towerer was horrible! Lenghty Wait for the elevator each time used The restaurants were good as far as Carmine and Cuban restaurant

Fair We were promised a room with a ocean view when we made rhe booking. We did not a room with a ocean view. Our view consisted of a city streets and home. Not happy at all!! Room was adequate size

horrible. I have been going to Tropicana for twenty years. I don’t know what happened but I will never stay there again an hour wait every single time for elevator in west tower the front staff and security were rude and not helpful at all when our key deactivated and we couldn’t get in our room at 1206am. kiosk check in was easy

wouldn’t stay again the room the lack of elevators to get to our room. the pool very small and not warm very old location on the boardwalk
