Disappointment Service, they could not accommodate what was their responsibility. I rented Havana ocean view executive room. Main reason was the Ocean view. It was a anniversary celebration. However, at the time of checking in they gave me completely another room and no ocean view. The view was inside of other building. They told me, I am sorry that room is already taken. I am not gonna use Booking.com any more. With Hotels. com I have never had these problems before.

Not worth it at all The rooms were dirty, weed smell all over. The elevators system was such a hassle. The casino, and amenities

My family and I will not return to this hotel based off the lack of cleanliness The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes The Air conditioner didn’t work very well The hardwood floors were disgusting, dirty and have not been sanitized The hotel lobby was very beautiful

No vayas si valoras tu tiempo El hotel no estaba mal, pero lo que hizo mi estancia negativa fue la falta de personal en recepción. Es un hotel grande con unos 15 o 20 puestos en recepción y siempre que tuve que ir a recepción sólo había 2 personas y no eran precisamente resolutivas. Tardé dos horas en hacer el check-in y mi compañero, que llegó al día siguiente, le ocurrió lo mismo. La ubicación es buena y el hotel tiene bastante oferta en cuanto a ocio y restauración.

Bad customer service My room was next to the "elevator room", there was a loud clanking noise, and other noises of metal pieces and what sounded like furniture being moved around, which it was not, but that was how it sounded, all night long. The front desk person was rude and refused to relocate me to another room. I could not sleep at all. When I complained at check out the lady that was helping me tried to dismiss my complaint but after I asked a second time for a refund, she agreed to give me a laughable $25.00 refund, w... read more

Fair I booked a room after looking at the picture, but it was very different from the picture, and I booked a bed in King size, but they gave it two queen beds, and the room smells like cigarettes… location

Very Poor AC didn’t work in room. Tried to use vending machine on floor, Needed exact change , Didn’t have. Tried using credit card for it ,that didn’t work! Whole floor smelled. Went to checkout and explained situation to counter working, even showed her a picture of room being at 83 degrees at 10:25 am 77-79 in overnight. Received a whole $25 discount. Was first experience there , not a good one. Problem is we like the casino and all the other attractions within the resort. Just will not stay there.

Not satisfied and will never stay there again. The food wasn't good at most places. The hotel room was dirty. There were clumps of hair all over the room. There were used contacts in the shower and the shower was dirty. The wait for the elevators were extremely unreasonable in the West tower It was non smoking floor and people were smoking and it filled my room up. The blue parrot pool needs repairs and updating. I loved the comedy show and the drag show. The spa was amazing!
