Terrible customer service, filthy floors, portions in disrepair, severely overpriced. Check-in took nearly two hours, staff at front desk seem to care, never acknowledged or apologized for the long wait. Gave me a different room than I reserved, further away from the area I needed to be in. my reservation was for the Chelsea Tower, they put me in the West Tower. You don’t get what you pay for here. Our room was dirty, we couldn’t use the a.c. because it just drew in cigarettes and weed stench all night long, everything we brought smelled like we stayed with an old smoker and had to be cleaned and aired out. For 600 a night we were disappointed. ambiance, location, and restaurants were great

Worst want my refund My guaranteed two beds non smoking room was denied and I was given king bed in a smoking room which was beyond pathetic Nothing

Horrible customer service Check-in check out was a mess, no staff, long lines, no clear info in how to do it online, kiosk not working or recognizing my reservation. Building isbeautiful, lots to do.

I checked in around 1 pm and entered my room and noticed that I did not have any bathroom towels , I called the front de the service the water pressure in the shower just mainly the service the bed was comfortable.

Outdated I purchased on booking.com and my friend Amy myself . Front desk was really rude when the confirmation number did not work . We had to have manager help . The room was extremely outdated and next to the elevator which made squeaky noises all night long
