Very Poor The he room smelt like cigarette’s. The floor was dirty so was the bathroom floor. when we were leaving out the room we saw a empty bag of chips on the floor, the hallway had crumbs and leftover chips and food.

not good. wouldn’t stay there again. how we got an upgraded room because the one i paid for which was the top suite was unavailable… so not sure how we got an upgrade if i had bought ocean view top suite… and then put toilet overflowed while we were gone for the day and they came and fixed it an hour later and left dirt and wet sopping towels in our bathroom… horrible the casino was nice

wouldn’t stay again my room was dirty. I paid 87$ for an upgrade for a walk in shower but the room didn’t have one. I liked all the options inside the casino

Too expensive and too dirty the rooms are so dirty and smell to cigarettes, a lot many pretty places inside the hotel
