Poor it was almost impossible to navigate. We had a room in West tower originally and parked in the Havana garage because it was the only entrance to self parking we could find. We spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to get to a check in desk and to the west tower. Eventually we used the check in kiosk located by the Havana parking garage and it gave us the option to upgrade to the Havana tower for $30 extra dollars. it was expensive and not what I thought the room would be. definitely over paid for the services that were provided it was clean but when I upgraded the room was on the other side of the hotel.. not what I wanted, and the room was not a upgrade.. it was run down and than I was charged another 82 dollars for fees from the hotel when I already paid in full and had to see the front desk.. it was a hassle and very stressful.. just wish the hotel was more specific cause I would of NOT of gotten a room there and looked and booked ... read more
