Not Safe People knocking on at midnight to let them in. Another day a young woman at the door saying to let her in? I could not believe it! The five nights the room was not cleaned. I had to clean the bath room change the bed covers empty the trash. This is not a vacation and I paid a resort fee for what?

Check-in at tropicana: long lines, racism and a misspelled "Cuba Libre" sign. I don't want to be a Karen here, but check-in was awful, we spent more than an hour in line to be able to use the machine and none of them worked. The attendant there, I believe his name was mark, had a little preference to people with lighter color ( let's put it this way) when it came to helping people in line to solve the machines fiasco. Disappointing For the amount of money spent on the room we booked it is not worth it. The room was cleanThe machines were not sanitized, we are still in a pandemic and should continue practice cleanliness, it was confusing where the smoking section were and the casino is tiny. Lounges were okay and we had Toni at the marketplace . Not 4 star but it’s good when you have had some drinks.
