Very dissapointed,money would have been better spent at a 1star no-tell motel.. Where do i start? From upgrading room in self check in for $10 that actually cost me close to 50(100w/ refundable deposit) to the disgusting smoke smell throughout the entire property including our room to trying to contact desk to inquire abt that AND the fact that wifi was not working..spent an hour on phone being transferred..on hold. The hotel stay was okay, but could have been a lot better. When we are arrived at your facility it took an hour for us to check-in. When we entered the room and checked everything, someone had used the bathroom and did not flush it. It only looked like only the bad was made and nothing else was touched. Overall it was not a good experience, but we made the best of it. In addition to that we wanted to go to the pool, but it was closed. the casino was close to where i needed to be but the hotel room was dirty and not worth the upgrade i paid for a upgrade the room was the same as the one before it, there was little black bugs crawling around the rug was wet and the bathroom was dirty

No housekeeping After a beautiful beach day.. all I wanted to do is take a nice shower and relax before cocktails & dinner only to find my room was not cleaned nor did I have clean towels. I spoke to 3 different people in housekeeping and 2 at the front desk to provide me at least the bath towels So that we can shower. It took them 3 hours to bring me 2 flimsy bath towels! After an hour of waiting, My daughters bought beach towels, because who the hell knows when they’re coming. It was the worst experience and it infuriated ... read more
