Very Poor No good . To expensive and not good food. for the prices. Nothing except the beach .
no staff o. duty poorly staffed got more comps at hard rock and didn’t even stay there phones didn’t work had to find some one anytime you needed something nice location
It was very disappointing, we feel like we got "ripped off". We have stayed at this hotel many times, much of what we liked about it was not available, there was no valet parking and no forewarning, there was no daily maid service, Starbucks was closed!! But the sign said open! None of the Ice machines worked, we had to pay for ice at a local store. Disappointing Cleanliness. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We rented a cabana at the north tower pool. Service was awful and cabana was dirty. Restaurants.
Disappointing
Not my expectations especially for a birthday getaway. The room was too small. The housekeeper visited our room yet didn’t even clean it. The room was so far on the havana tower side away from the broadwalk. Everything closes so early. Especially food closing super early. The room had dirty towels given to us like they were fresh. Also the vent in the room only blew hot air like a heater And the bathroom water never got hot. I liked the broadwalk.

They tried it! I booked an ocean view non smoking executive king suite. When I got there, they said it wasn't available, and if I wanted an ocean view, I'd have to take a smoking room. They said it was comparable and was the same price. THEY LIED! The room barely had an ocean view from the far corner of one window. The room REEKED so badly we were coughing.
