Poor The Chelsea hotel was so far from everything then when we got into the elevators they sounded like they were going to crash, it was cheaper to book thru their website than booking.com. The hotel room was not clean, our sheets had stains, broken fixtures in the bathroom, broken fixtures in our bedroom. Overall would never stay there again for the price we paid.
I was locked out of my room for 2 hours due to the door handle going bad. 2 hours it took for them to come assess the si The carelessness to my phone calls. No returned phone calls. Marijuana smoke/ smell all over the place. Check in was at 4:00pm and at 6:30 our rooms still weren’t ready. The attractions within the hotel

Poor The room was dirty and the bathroom It was not what I expected Was good because the west tower was close to the garage parking and the casino too but I was very disappointed for some things.
Fair The front desk were rude to us over the phone not satisfied with the room wanted us to pay extra to stay in another room our room smelt like smoke and it was a non smoking room ask for waters wouldn’t send some up asked for more towels never got them and I would not suggest the Chelsea tower to anyone plus when I booked through booking.com they showed me a different pic of the room I thought I was going to have and it turns out we weren’t in that room that was shown in the picture not satisfied at all Across from the be... read more
Go elsewhere and spend a little extra. Everything could've been better. Horrible experience. Anytime directions were asked for, we were sent in wrong direction. Staff at front desk was rude. Hung up phone on us multiple times under the guise of having a bad connection. Room stunk like an ashtray. requested non smoking room. people yelling at 3AM. Security did nothing. Poor Room was small and felt like a whole in the wall. Very difficult to get to and inconvenient.

Horrible experience The place was dirty!! Definitely not a family friendly place! Worst hotel I have ever been too! Our room was dirty stains everywhere. Bathroom had hairs all over from previous customers!
