Fair Parking was a mile away had yo walk thru the entire casino and shop area with all of our stuff Close to the beach

Fair Check in process was long and I was given a room number with 4 digits but room numbers are only three digits checked two different floors and asked cleaning staff and bellboy if they could assist but were unable to figure out what room we were given.. After 30 minutes of trying to figure out where our room was we had to go down to the front desk as we couldn’t find a hotel phone to call front desk and was put on hold when we called from cell phone. Fair Asked for an extra blanket, but did not receive one. Had trouble finding places to eat. Amenities advertised were not open. Location to the beach was the main plus
Bad The room was dirty and the toilet was clogged when I got there. The room was never cleaned!!!!
Dissapointed. Check in was a disaster. I followed the instructions on my email to start the check in process. I was 1 hour on the kios line because out of the 6 kios only 2 were open.to finished checking in and it wouldn't let me. It sent me to the front desk. There was a. front desk right by me but it was closed also. I had to carry all my luggage all the way to another desk that welcome me with another 35 min wait.
