Very bad experience We don't like anything. Bad service for checking in lane. We poor management. I would like to refund my money. We checked out July 27 instead July 28.. because bathrooms is broken and Doors don't work properly. I would like refund my money. Over all very bad service.

Never, ever again would we go to the Tropicana -- our stay was terrible. Check-In was horrific. The kiosks weren't working and remote check-in locations were closed down. Line at main Check-In spot was 75+ guests deep. When we finally reached the front of the line, we asked Donte, the Tropicana rep, to confirm we were being given a NS KING 1BR SUITE as the app indicated it was the last KING available. Very Poor They provided us with with a bad room key. I booked a a ocean view room but it was half ocean and half city view which was not described in the website. Very disappointed The staff was good...room was clean
