Fair The lines and wait for elevators are ridiculous. I was on the west wing and there are only 4 elevators. I guess they can't do anything now . They cannot build elevators unless they close . Horrible. Very clean though I would choose Ballys next time Clean

Miserable night I wasted my money disappointed I didn't like the water filling up in the tub when I took a shower and it stayed there all night the bathroom stinks like someone just took a dump We had breakfast. On the board walk didn't come with the room

Fair We had no microwave the bathroom had mold in one room the west side was not great. When I stayed there before it was nice and for the price of them rooms which I got 3 rooms for over a $1,000. It was not good. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the Tropicana. The location and the casino downstairs.

This was to celebrate my birthday and it was disappointing at best. Check in and they could leave a few bottles of water for their guests in their room. Check in was a nightmare - after a parking nightmare. We tried to check in but had to get to a show and the line was very long. Even for the 1 out of 5 kiosks that was working. So we had to change clothes in the bathroom and go to our show. Worst experience ever! Now if you wanted to take a shower you had to fight for towels, at one point had to use my clean cloths! When going to beach my son who is eight had to be fully dressed to walk from are room to the boardwalk to go to beach!!! Never again !! This was my worst vacation!! Wanted to stay longer just couldn’t bring myself to pay more money !! Next time I’ll stay at a days inn!!! Bathroom was spacious and for a non smoking floor it smelled clean!

Poor I ask for a non-smoker room.. the first nigh they gave a smoker room so next morning I went to the lobby to ask for the transfer to another room non smoker they transfer to another room but the bad experience happen especially having my wife preagant and my little daughter.1 I like everything about the stores the are inside the hotels and its close to the beach.
