Check in was really unorganized. No kiosks working all out of service, no available staff members to help/direct. Ch Overall an unorganized set up and atmosphere. Have stayed here before but this visit was different. Seemed super understaffed therefore lacked the usual Tropicana vibe. Pool staff were helpful, seemed the most organized!

Zero hospitality Bad start when we walked in and we had to wait 40 min just to check in, only two kiosks were working the rest were out of order and only two people working the desk. We stayed in the Chelsea tower which felt as though they had no air conditioning on in that tower or in the elevators, the ice machines on every floor out of order, and the rooms are a dump. Not a great experience The room and hallways were extremely hot, the toilet didn’t work and the room was dirty
Good enough but probably won’t stay here again The parking left much to be desired…Didnt have valet service unless members. Quite a bit of a walk. Room clean, just dated. Bed comfortable
Dirty room Room smelled. The fridge smelled really bad as well. Sheets were dirty, towels in bathroom had hair on them.

Poor The rooms need updating and the elevators need better service very slow waited 30 minutes to get to the lobby🤬
