Bad Hotel was dirty and old! Room was not the same room I seen on booking Nothing

Poor service along with staff that was not knowledgeable or freindly. Housekeeping , cleanliness ,no dresser ,. A/C
Poor Under staffed for check in the lines were long than a football field. Once I did get up to my room the hall ways to my room were extremely HOTT! I get in my room to go take a shower after the long ride and I had NO towels nor face rags. I had to call front desk the wait time in the phone was like 20mins. They did bring towels.. Bad Booked a 1 king suite rm. The bedroom AC was horrible and did not cool down the room. The sitting room AC worked fantastic and that is why I slept on the couch for 2 nights. For the price expected more.
