Bad Booking.com deceive me on the rates i booked the room on ur website then i had to pay & additional 347.00 in fees and was instructed to never use booking.com again. I am highly disappointed and feel as thou thus booking.com is not worth it. Thank you Sincerely for nothing.. not time im using Expedia.com Nothing.. check in was horrible, room service was trash. And the prices was not acceptable.

Sleepless Night I didn't get any sleep there was a bunch of children next door to my room and they mad noise all night and morning it was a horrible stay I'm very disappointed and very unsatisfied. The cleanliness of the room.

Very disappointed, not worth the money. The room was not cleaned the first night, the bed was not made. They only bought in towels. The bed was super uncomfortable along with the pillows. I am very disappointed it’s not the first time I stay at the Tropicana and was looking forward to this for a while but I think I will try the Harrahs next time. The MEXICAN restaurant was great.

Entering the room I checked in on Friday at 8pm, left my luggage and went to restaurant, I came back at 12.40-12.55 am , elevator is opened and I saw that my room number is open and somebody looked for something . When I asked what are you looking? She told that she lost her book and left I thought it was stuff of hotel, but o don’t think it’s normal... to enter to my room at night !!!!!
Bad There was no breakfast no microwaves no hot water in the shower the shower pressure is very low also the bed had a yellow spot in it the room was very very cold and the housekeeping did not clean the room very good
