Stay away We had nasty sheets, a call every morning early with no one answering, cleaning staff knocking and attempting to come in even with do not disturb on. Dated rooms with damage and malfunctions. Way over priced. Didn't even have a fitted sheet. And the flat sheet we had to lay on was stained. Staff were absolutely rude couldn't find a single person to answer a question and one even got mad that she had to be in an elevator with guests. No information, no options Lack of information. Supposedly this was a budget room. No one told us that and no options for upgrade or where to stay in resort.- no rug, cheap hardwood looking, vinyl floors, no dresser, only table and chair. 2 queen beds, only 1 luggage chaise for everyone. No microwave, damage wall with scrapped paint leaving white blotches, slick tub. Yes the indoor pool was open but on reservation for only an hour.. No outdoor pool and not allowed to use outdoor area around pool for sunning if over that hour... read more

Great location and amenities, horrible room. The room and hallway was awful. Definitely not worth $297 a night. Windows filthy, drapes dingy and dusty, beds uncomfortable, no hot water, shower pressure horrible at night and in morning, water pressure in sink and toilet great. Stains on walls in bathroom. Hallway had foul smell. Just really wasn’t worth the money I spent for the room. Definitely will stay at another hotel next time and just come over for amenities. Very Poor Room had no air conditioning When we arrived the air conditioning was broken and 83 in the room. It was supposedly fixed but when we arrived back at the room at 3am it was 85 degrees and the air was not working. We asked for a new room from the beginning because we knew it was going to happen. We were tired and did not want to call again at 3 am so we had to sleep in an extremely hot room.

The room had a Chain back up lock, and is someone with a key opened the room door you can clearly see the bed, and anyon Room manual security, horrible and out dated Clean, price value
