Bad I had to call security at 4am because of very loud music playing down the hall. I also had to change rooms because of the post commotion it caused. I want a full refund. Nothing, the hotel check in was about a mile walk from the parking garage.

Fair My Room wasn’t as pictured, too small They nickeled n Dime is when ordering room service Paying for Sugar 🤦‍ Nice bed but too soft I have back problems. Room service Closed on certain days really. Booking to use the Pool etc The Price wasn’t worth the stay here Very Greatful for the person or persons who assisted in The Ambulance needing to find my room during my emergency. I loved being close to the Beach, the different things you could do.

Just an okay stay We didn't like our first room we had but the hotel changed our rooms for us which we appreciated. The bed was just extremely uncomfortable. Also it is just very confusing here and 2 of the 4 elevators were broken causing a huge wait for the elevators and people cutting in line and people arguing. It was ridiculous. These are the only elevators that go to the south tower and they said no stairs. The security officers were rude and nobody was trying to help. Worst time ever. I want 2 free stays because I was LIED TO We got into the room air not working. Sand all over the tub. We did not go to the beach I didn't like the fact 2 outside pools were not open. 2 my favorite restaurant were not open. I can read up top. I have so much to say

Tropicana isn't what it used to be It was really confusing getting to & from the parking garage from the hotel and the worst part was people. . .both kids & adults were yelling and running up & down the hallways outside our room 3322.....and 1 guy even knocked on our door yelling housekeeping which he wasn't housekeeping, I opened the door but he did apologize after he found his humor, it was very noisy in the evening & morning. Tropicana was very nice years ago but this was me & my wife's worst stay ever. The staff

I’ll visit the amenities next time but will choose another hotel The room was definitely not clean to even pre-covid standards. The floor and bathroom looked like it was given a once over with a dirty mop. I met up with friends on the 40th floor of the west tower and there was a broken fire extinguisher box that I scraped my arm on … definitely could have been a worse outcome and was just negligent to leave it how it was. I loved the amount of restaurants and shops right on site
