Not what it used to be Room was super dirty had blood stains on pillow and sheets. On top of it half machines didn’t work or broke. Hardly any restaurants are open as well. Nothing honestly

Stay away!!!!!!! Service was terrible and nobody cared. Spoke to.multiple managers with my concerns but nobody gave a damn. Just kept passing it off as not their responsibility. Continuously heard, "I don't manage that section....blah blah blah

Hell Everything! Terrible asked for non smoking and it raked if weed everywhere. Teenagers loud alllll night got no sleep at all!

Bad Everything! The Sheets were stained, pillows were flimsy and flat. Bedding was not fresh smelling at all, room was old and stale. Wall paper on walls were torn, tattered and dirty. Nothing! the room was stale and dirty.

For the price I paid there should atleast be glasses in the room a microwave! Couldn’t even get late check out for $500

Check in is not a good experience. The hotel did not do a good job on this. Could do better. Check in was not done well. Not organized, have to wait for long time, not enough staff work at the desk. Knowing it is a busy check in day, and did not organize well. It is a mangagement issue. Other than that seems ok. But would prefer to select Seazars Hotel or Hot Rocks. Check out went well.
