Poor I didn’t like how it took me two hours to check in because staff kept sending me in circles to get my room key since the card maker was broken at the desk I was waiting at to check in… I walked around the whole complex numerous times with my bags and the only one to actually help me was a cleaning man, despite asking for help from others and waiting in different lines. Poor Outdated, smelled, room was basic, not given a room where we reserved... Nothing, on the boardwalk, many restaurants

Double charged Double charged me. Had to dispute with credit card. Tropicana says they didn’t see the charge.
Not good There was no one around to ask for information. The room was some what clean. We stayed two nights and the first night room service never came. The place was packed and no one watching on who walked in and out. People drunk pushing others around and no one to talk to about it. Valet was awful. Not a good experience at all. Room was large and roomy.

While it wasn’t to bad but can be better. I think the ventilation needs to be clean out. They should be room service throughout the day and night Had to go out for breakfast
Spend the extra and stay at Ocean!!! Absolutely no customer service even after speaking with several managers. Every manager is trained to respond that "they don't manage that area"

Poor We could not sleep the two nights. The noise that came from the bathroom walls was unbearable. It was a constant knock within the bathroom walls, it felt like ppl were hammering. For that amount of money we paid, I expected better
