My bathroom had hair in the shower drain from the previous guest, my hair dryer did not work. I called twice on Friday a Housekeeping staff is lazy and they don’t clean properly. The indoor pool and staff was nice and adhered to schedules.
The room was dirty the floor really sticky and the heat didnt work! Too pricey poor cleaning The room was dirty! The floor sticky! Dust everywhere

Very disappointed at this hotel, wouldn’t recommend to anyone ! The rooms were extremely dirty , the sheets weren’t properly changed , bathroom sink had hair from the previous customers .. we booked a non smoking room but end up with a smoking room without prior notice . The toilet were constant running when we first entered the room . Called front desk for help but weren’t helpful at all. Had 4 different hotel staffs came to the room trying to fix the problems.

Disgusting experience.. beware I was accused of smoking because I had a diffuser in my room . The Tropicana charged me a $250 fee and refused to take it off- although front desk, and security confirmed with us that it was alright to use the diffuser. They even came to my room and checked, and the only thing that was smoking was my diffuser. On top of that my boyfriend is an asthmatic, the reason for the diffuser was mainly for him to be able to breathe better and to add fragrance to the room, which had a molded smell. overall was okay, not good cleaning! Room could be much more clean! Could be cleaner, toilet was not clean, hair in tub and floor was dirty!
Fair The rooms were alittle dated. I liked that the beach was right out back, the boardwalk was nice to walk through. And the restaurant and choices are very nice.
