My stay would have been better but our room was near the elevator and the elevator shaft was very noisy.I didn’t sleep w The property was fine other than the issue with sleeping that night due to the elevator shaft. I like that the Tropicana offers so much.I really do like stay there also the location.

Book your stay else where Starting with the check-in we came on Saturday there was only one staff member at the desk where there were over fifty people waiting in line, took us over 45 minutes, it was raining so we went to the only indoor pool they have at the 6th floor of the South tower the pool is too small old and not clean, the room floor was too dirty I took a few pictures we found dirts, food and even a plying card on it. Disappointed and Dissatisfied The room that was given smelled horrible..I requested another room and it was worse and a downgrade from what I originally had. Front desk act like they didnt want to help and the room was very poor quality compared to what I had..it was hot and the tv kept losing signal very disappointed and not satisfied especially for the price. Rooms smelled of marijuana just horrible That I won money

My third time staying there and last I had to pay for parking even though I stayed in casino hotel. Spent several hundred dollars and got $0 comped. Compared to other casinos, that I didn’t even stay at or spend as much, I got comps. Cleaning lady knocked on my door to clean room and I told her it didn’t need serviced, I was only staying one more night.
