It was much more disappointing compared to when I have stayed there in the past. The staff including the manager were very rude and could not explain why I was paying more than what I was quoted when I booked. I had a non smoking room but a pack of newport cigarettes was left in the night stand. The elevators and rooms are looking neglected and worn since I started coming there years ago. Bad They lied I’m not a smoker and they charged me 250 and going to call my bank because I had stroke and I don’t smoke lies to get extra money

I hated it the worst! No microwave, no support nothing Everything!! It was the worst experience! They gave me a hadi capp toom for one! An tw ky husband had to go and safe someone from getting beat in a room! No security! No cops!
Bad Room was disgusting not clean, left half used shampoo, lotion is bathroom/ toilet had a dirty ring/. Bed sheets were torn with holes / no microwave in room/ very loud neighbors!! Called front desk to be relocated was told they couldn’t do that!!’ Avoid this place ! Staff rude and dislike their jobs!! Food
Made reservation for a King bed and they were mot able to give us the room we reserved Dingy Location
