Disappointing Room was much smaller than I am used to getting at this resort Love the Trop for its Convenience
I will never come back to this hotel it took us 1 hour and 10min to check in Hotel room was not worth the price It took us 35min just waiting for the elevator, then another 55min to leave parking lot the location was on the boardwalk
Poor we asked for a non smoking room and got smoking, elevators take forever and are always full. water is burning hot location
Bedbug haven It had bed bugs.. when I went to report I was accused of bringing the bugs to facilities. I was then placed in another room for the night then told if I was going to given my money for the one night only. When I get back to my house if I have bed bugs then report it back to the hotel a.d they would figure out how to help it me. I will never go back to that place. They treated me badly. I paid so much money. Nothing
The worst!! To crowded. To much noise on the floor we were on people partying until 4 in the morning. We did not get any sleep. Then to check out we had to wait 40 minutes for an available elevator. This was not a good experience. It was clean.
When we arrived to check in the CRS charged twice for the remaining balance. The Havana Deluxe Suit that I booked was be It was very dated. A lot of things weren’t open.
Don't Waste Your Time It started with rude staff on the phone for directions to the correct parking garage. Then while checking in they tried to put us in a room with double Queens when we paid for a king sized room. We were told the Chelsea tower was closed which is what Booking.com offered on their website, but some staff said it is open. Nice room but once outside of it felt like I was in a totally different style hotel First off you had to wait in line to get to your room made me feel like I was at Disney or something else. And then it was even harder getting down from your room. Our room didn't to seem too good on soundproof either as we continuously had to hear a baby crying In the next room. Lastly we had to deal with a fight breaking out over said elevator lines and subsequently food and drink all over the floor. Bed was nice and comfortable
