Put microwave ovens in the rooms. No microwave in room. I couldn't reheat my food. $100 for food and its cold...not cool

Disappointing Your staff Security thought I wasn’t staying at the casino. They followed me all the way to my room. I go to Tropicana a lot but after that racism I don’t think I’ll be going back anymore.
Every disappointed, way too expensive for NOTHING It was my birthday and I just wanted to get away. Staff was SOO rude. I didn’t expect anything super special but for $230 a night I DID expect not to have black hair (not mine) all over the bathroom floor, or all in my bath towel. So disappointed.
Nothing was open Dirty bedsheets and ZERO attractions or food. The room was a decent price but there were visible stains on the bedsheets. There was a lady's deodorant left inbetween the sheets which immediately grossed us out. And literally all the restaurants were closed. NO shops. NOTHING. Out of all the exciting restaurants we wanted to try, our options were limited to Casa Taco or Hooters. I'm not even joking. We wanted a nice steak dinner, some seafood or at the very least a burger. Sad! By far the rudest front desk ever encountered. Its as if the staff did not want us there. Never again, very dissappointing and will let everyone know that Atlantic City or at least the Tropicana staff does not want your business! Location was great .
I was not happy about my stay. The customer service could have been better. The house keeping has to make sure all rooms are cleaned. We go to a hotel to have a better experience than our houses. The view was fine. My room was not cleaned until I checked out. I was really disappointed. I would have wanted to get some clean towels and bed changed during my stay.
Fair The bathroom was dirty there was fingernails on the floor the refrigerator didn’t work there were no ice machines I was very unhappy I will never stay there again!! I’ve been to a lot of casinos in Atlantic City and this was the worst room so far I wish I could get my money back.
