Terrible The Tropicana is usually go go to hotel when I go to ac I had a room for the day before that was ok but I wasn’t allowed to stay I had to move because I booked under a different name... no problem I tried to pay for early check in 3 times, room was not “cleaned” yet when we walked into my room in the Chelsea tower I was instantly horrified, the counter top in the bathroom was filthy, the platform the mattress was filthy I wanted to cry, we were exhausted all day for waiting for a room, I would never stay here again,... read more
Very Poor They allow people to go on the guest floor and walk around yell and bang on doors from 11:45 to 2:33 and when you call security they tell you open the door and let them know who it is hell no that’s crazy. Nothing at all I will never stay there again

Unremarkable That my room was dirty was never cleaned at all and ontop of that had wet stains on the floor. I enjoyed the ease of gambling
Very Poor The price of the room did not equate to the quality. The bathroom pipes were squealing very loudly in the bathroom. The head board was falling apart. And the TV was small. Room service never brought matches as requested Friendly staff
