Fair My room was dirty. The mirror was dirty there was a candy wrapper on the floor in the bed room my air didn't work be they quickly sent someone to fix it. Stayed in your eest town and it was supposed to be a suite but it was old outdated and tire tired. I like the location..Food is in the casino.

Water was brown and pool not available, mattress had hole in middle Had 5 different towers and very confusing no days available for pool The beach was out front
Horror show Booking price was $50 less than actual price once checked in...lobby very difficult to find, room was a long distance from lobby, no map to find room, no map to find unlocked entrance to parking garage, personnel willing to give verbal instructions , but masks prevented clear directions. We would NEVER go back!!!
Fair Everything was close there wasn’t anything to do but walk around and I was never told that I needed reservations to use the pool which was the only thing that was open.
The lady we asked directions form was very rude, they have charges in my bill that are ridiculous, we had a non smoking Property was ok
Well Front desk agent was very nasty to me in front of me and my children
