It was just ok Hair dryer broken. Took 1 hour to get anyone on the phone. Safe did not work. Maid tried to come in even though Do Not Disturb sign was up It was pretty clean.
I wouldn't stay here again . We stayed in the north tower room VERY SMALL BED VERY SMALL , THERE NO COMFORTER ON THE BED . ROOM WAS COLD had to ask for extra sheet , front desk barly answered , No microwave , didn't look like the picture. the casino was empty .

Noisy The noisy parties in the rooms while trying to get rest or sleep was awful. I understand it’s a resort hotel but guests should be advised to keep all that celebrating away from the rooms where people potentially families are trying to sleep at 1am. The security is non existent. Anyone can just walk in from the boardwalk, get on an elevator and wander around guest room halls. There are signs that are easily missed. Bad It was a stressful stay I had to change rooms 3 time because it was so dirty and not well maintained at all. I had such a head ache at the end of my trip.
I will not stay there again and I am telling everyone to never go there. Couldn't sleep because of the loud people on both sides fighting every night. I called and complained every time and nothing was done about it. The room was dirty. The staff was nice.
Poor Expedited check in did not work. Changed rooms twice. We had two rooms. The first set was incredibly far for two members I was traveling with. I waited 2.5 HOURS until I checked in two separate lines after I had already checked in electronically because of an error on their part. The first rooms was also very old and had an odor. I finally received a room close enough for my elderly parents but I would never stay here again
