Downward spiral Non existent staff to get a hold off. Pool was inaccessible for 4 days due to reservations. You were not able to get someone on the phone at all. Waiting for elevators was brutal. No front desk personnel once out of the garage but rather a kiosk which was brutal even after reserving and confirming through booking and subsequent Tropicana emails. Poor An hour an 15 minute check in all self check in kiosks out of service only 2 people working the front desk the check in line was a mile long... , nothing open, terrible slot machines, overcrowded, and a 45 minute line to In the parking garage and to leave the property .... horrible experience Clean room and Cuba libre restaurant
Disappointing No microwave in the room,receptionist was rude,noisy people next to us with alot of kids, on chair in the whole room for two guest,guests, ashtray in a smoking room Nothing

Disappointing The staff had an attitude when asked about what restaurants were still open. I was informed through the Cesar's reward app that restaurants were open and when we got here everything is closed. We were also told that we would have to reserve the pool slots when we get here and when we get here it's full until Friday. Bad Housekeeping will come banging on your door at 930 AM and come back every hour on the hour banging on the door like they’re the police only to argue with you about your check out time
Bad The arguing ans yelling next door to my room is horrible 2-3 hours of arguing and yelling and kids running up and down the hall at 2a.m worst stay ever never again Nice layout
