Horrible Nothing
The non smoking room smelled of smoke. It was very bad. I didn’t see anyone cleaning in the casinos. And very little hand sanitizer stations I really thought I would see more cleaning going on during these COVID times And the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke
Fair A roach in the bathroom. Overall the stay was nice. The cable channels could have been better.
It was a fair visit, but I was overall disappointed, may not return. The rooms we were in were standard when we paid for deluxe, they smelled like cigarettes & the smell didn't leave no matter how much they cleaned. The whole accommodations were not what I was used to from Tropicana. I have been here several times & this was the first time I was ever disappointed by the rooms & service. The front desk was very nice & they were great with the social distance regulations.
Fair How to get to the parking garage was very confusing.. the elevator situation is bad.. That everything is right there!!
Bad No hot water room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels and linen..The worst experience I’ve ever had and the worst part is....It cost me 500.00 for nothing!!..wouldn’t recommend that place to a dog! Nothing!!..Well the casino
Smoke-free room indeed🤔 My request was for a smoke free room. We could hardly hold our breath in that room. It was very smelly. Had an uncomfortable stay. Couldn't wait to get out of there! Will never go back. The room was clean. It was just the smell that was over powering
