Just ok We had a rough time getting a wheelchair for my 80 yrs old mom. We booked 5 rms & everyone was scattered overall over. Employees were not all friendly especially at the front desk , no extra blankets in rm Did not have breakfast
My stay was very uncomfortable and I would never pick this hotel again. I like nothing about the room. The rooms were nothing as I expected very small not updated.I booked a king size room when I came to check in they gave me two queen beds.
Poor The cleaning people were very rude and knocked on my door all morning and even came inside without knocking before checkout time. The wide variety of shops and restaurants!
It’s ok Rooms was half clean, I had to Lysol wipe EVERYTHING down and sprayed everything Wet willies and the view inside nice tropical feel

I paid 285 for them to give me a old ass room with a clocked toilet Everything including the staff. They need to hire new staff with good attitude Nothing at all
Racism, long walks, dated rooms, quick food options. Didn’t like racist, Caucasian employees, didn’t like low value dated rooms and facilities. Did not like the value of the hotel given the price. I’ve stayed at an endless amount of 4-5 star hotels. This was completely subpar. I enjoyed the variety of food options given the lack of outside opportunities.
