Too many people to socially distance as required by the CDC Our entire floor reeked like marijuana, and when we called to complain the front desk told us there’s nothing they can do because there’s smoking rooms on that floor. The restaurant choices were very good.
Horrible smell and dirty counter tops I have stayed at Tropicana several times and I was very disappointed this time around. Upon arrival when exiting the elevator the entire floor smelled of marijuana. The people next door to us were extremely loud for the whole stay. The counter tops in the bathroom/bedroom area were not cleaned to the standard they should’ve been, especially during a pandemic. Staff was very rude charged me for the room and charged my mother’s card for the room I have never dealt with racism up Staff accommodations and customer service was utterly horrible Casino
Bedroom The bathroom door got stuck few times very bad. I hope all they room aren’t the same because I paid $247 for it and it was a bad window view The beds, The game room
Fair The property was ok the housekeeper keep knocking the door waking you up at 8am despite do not disturb sign, one housekeeper even open the door with a key when we were still in bed she did not knock The property is ok
Disappointing The west side which we stayed on looks like the projects. The door didn’t even have a lock on the inside. It just had a chain just like the projects. The furniture was very very cheap. The elevator got stuck a few times. The pool looks dirty and filter in the pool wasn’t on and it was more than 10 people in the pool
