Bad Carlos at front desk was not accommodating and showed no hospitality to my young list associate even after I had to call 10pm at night just kept saying sorry and never offered any help

Low level rooms with nice casino The customer service when I called and the dirty small room This entrance light did work, the fire alarm went of because I was doing hair and this room is dirty
Suite?? I booked a suite as a treat. I should have booked a regular room the room was huge with a lack of furniture. One night stand , no full length mirror, the shower was smaller than my RV shower. It was awkward and mismatched . I have stayed at this hotel before and the rooms were always comfortable. This room was NOT! Save your money book a regular room . I love the Tropicana for its vast choice of restaurants.

Fair Our room was too cold at first then too hot. The water in the bathroom was either too hot or cold. Our refrigerator didn’t work as well. Great location to almost everything . Didn’t need to leave out for everything except for convenient items
