No vayas pensando en la piscina Elegimos este hotel precisamente porque preguntamos y nos dijeron que la piscina estaba abierta y que tendríamos hueco al reservar cuando llegásemos al hotel. Cuando llegamos lo intentamos y nos dijeron que llamásemos por teléfono desde la habitación. Así lo hicimos y no nos cogieron el teléfono, a las 18h cerraron la línea de teléfono para el departamento de la piscina. Bad Everything West Tower was awful and dirty. The room was outdated.
Disappointing This was my 3 visit to the hotel and this last one was a bit disappointing the first day in the hall way there was a smell of marijuana and there was a noise all the time that did not allow me to sleep peacefully! I was in room 4810 west
To sum it all up we the stay was not the best . I used to like the Tropicana, but we got an older room, there was no dresser to put our clothes in. The paint on the walls were all chipped. We requested a ocean view and we got the view of the rooftops and parking garage. They charged you for resort fees and there was nothing open. The pool was closed and the movie theater, so there was not much to do when you have a 17 teen year old son with you and the boardwalk was cold and most of the stores were closed. Disappointed The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable at all we all woke up with back aches and shoulder aches. The people were friendly very clean
Livable, but not cozy. Not exactly what we expected for room accommodation. The condition of the room could be updated. There were brown stains on sheets, no microwave, crumbs in the bed, and not enough hooks or racks in the bathroom for towels. We liked that everything was a short walk away and the amenities were very convenient. We liked the variety of the food and entertainment.
Caro para lo que ofrece Muy caro todo desde los restaurantes hasta las habitaciones que son caras y no están a la altura de lo que uno paga , ofrecen servicios que con el corona virus no están disponibles llame para pedir la pócima y nunca contestaron solo mensajes y estaba lleno el buzón , nadie daba explicaciones y por eso fue que rentamos ahí porque ofrecía la piscina , no pudimos disfrutarla la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que tendrían que limpiar mejor varías cosas en mi cuarto no estaban en condiciones limpias des... read more
