Disappointing
It was ok. Room service was terrible. A long wait, very expensive, and it arrived cold. And they forgot items in order. The smell of marijuana in the hallway and in the bathroom. We had a non smoking room. Cuban restaurant was not accommodating at all. Very disappointed. Lines at wet wille too long! Our room was nice. It had a nice view. It was a very busy weekend. Dirty room broken glass table Room looked clean but then there was a bunch of hair in the shower sheets were dirty there was rose petals still all over the room even in the sheets the glass side table was chipped Whitehall I cut my finger hence the bloody towel I left and took pics The employees were great around the place
Very Poor Room was cold , heating didn’t work Bedding was light , bathroom was small and cold

We switched rooms after the first was filled with cigarette smoke and ashes on night table , cold shower ... moved to se North tower is OLD and dark , only a few working ice machines I love Tropicana as a whole but this stay was a hot mess

Disappointing Nothings opened, compared to other casino’s, room was so so, outside window was extremely dirty, why pay for ocean view when you can see very well, I felt that they had no desire to make it appealing, just making do, may other casinos had lots of slots working, where this place had a large amount of old ones going. Room was large and clean, the whole stay just felt unacceptable. Nice large areas
During Covid times businesses should be much more flexible and lenient with checkout times and accommodations Not properly staffed to meet the needs of customers I like the location and I like that there’s many different areas to explore
