Disappointing Our-room was wheelchair accessible which was not requested. Only shower and not hot enough water. Water pressure was very low. Why I have to pay casino fee?? Anyway we’re not happy . Location was good.
Disappointing My room was way n back hotel very small t.v. the shower water made noise when u turn it on the toilet bowl had brown stains in it had empty liquior bottle behind bed by hed board bed moves out shaking Casino n food was good had alot of games to play and the food resteraunts was good just was a lot of walking to get there
Pay more stay somewhere else Front desk told us parking was included and everytime we left the garage we paid 10 dollars. The heat was not working and I called the front desk and left a message no one returned my call. The housekeeping staff knocked on the door once and then walked in. No time for me to get to the door and check who it is. Casino security staff rude. Very outdated. The location
