Not good Had to change room because of marijuana smell in the hall and loud people next to us. Manager was not very nice and never apologize for the inconvenience. Our keys stopped working the second night and had to go all the way back to the desk to have them re-activate them . I like the casino and the people that worked the tables

Disappointing Prepare to pay extra dollars for hidden fees despite you paid a lot already for fees that you don’t even use. We paid for the resort fee but the swimming pool time is limited. Elevator lines are busy. We waiting 1 hour just to be able to go down to the lobby to check out. And waited 30 mins to be able to get to our parking lot. Some of my family used the stairs from 46th floor down. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores inside the hotel. Staff are friendly.

Could have been great. Service ruined my vacation. Hotel staff was rude and nasty. I had to beat myself up trying to get though lobby glass doors with luggage while two employees just watched. (not bellman). I have no idea why the young men were stationed there. The check in host told me if I want my luggage I had to bring them myself up escalators or steps.
