Bad The web site is not updated. I booked a room w a balcony according to web site. when I checked in my room there was no balcony. When I approached staff they were very short with me told me they had no balcony. I went to manager she was also short said they don't have balcony, web site isn't updated and walked away from me.
Poor The Tropicana is VERY OUTDATED! The Room was Very corporate bed sounds like it was going to collapse every time you sat on it,, stains on the carpet and love seat, fridge was not even cool temp wise, The shower pressure was weak , the door to the bathroom sounded like a train stopping when you tried to close it....it really was a waste of money, OH!! and the was the "UPGRADED" room......facing the big screen televisions overlooking the casino TERRIBLE! The staff was very nice.

Disappointing The room key would not work. We had to wait several times for someone from Maintenance to unlock our door. We finally decided to get another key. The check-in and check-out was a complete disaster. The check-in line was super long with few staffs. The check-out process to get to the garage was terrible. The lines to get into the elevators were super long, so we had to use the stairs. We had to drag out suitcases and bags 4 flight because we were parked on the top. It was hot and very chaotic. I had accepted the no hot water... but the roaches not a chance!! We had no hot water for 24 hours or longer not really sure... on my last day when I woke up to use the bathroom and turned on the light there was roaches in the bathroom...smh... that really throw me off because it seemed clean....
