Disappointing
Disappointing The room was dirty. We took pictures and called to complain and no one answered. We went downstairs to the lobby to speak to staff and no one was there to address our complaints. The rest of the resort was very nice, but our room was terrible.
Disappointed The room and hallway smelled musty and like an ashtray the minute you got off the elevator. Did not like how a lot of people were wearing their masks below the chin while walking and drinking. Their is too many people in that building to control with masks. .......
Very Poor La limpieza mal hecha el baño olía mal . Hace 2 años fue y no era así la verdad recomendé el lugar a unos amigos y quedé mal con ellos ... La mayoria de las discotecas están cerradas y las que están abiertas sólo puedes entrar si compras 1 botella de $406. Muy mal

It was ok For instance checking in the line was long, and checking out was ridiculous long, people waiting long for the elevator. Then we had to walk to parking garage to get to car with our luggage because tye line was long for the elevator The breakfast was ok
The Cuban restaurant located inside the resort The location It was my girlfriend’s 21st birthday. She was all glammed up and very excited. We walked from Our rooms to the restaurant and asked the hostess about availability she said that we can come in. I explained to her how we have get something out the car and would be right back less than 8 mins later we walk back she gives me this weird look then proceeds to tell me they are now booked. Not a wait .. but not taking anymore people . I understood, and stepped out of line .... read more
Poor The room I stayed in had bad water damage. The floor was wet and moldy. I put down a dry towel by the door to soak up some of the water and the towel was completely soaked within 5 mins. We didn’t feel comfortable taking off our shoes the entire stay. The amenities the atmosphere extremely nice hotel with the casino restaurants and stores.
