Not worth coming back from our experience. Staff was very RUDE and unprofessional. Especially for the amount of money we spent for the room and in the casino. Everything is open and busy. We had a great time.
Disapointing Had to change rooms 3 times due to noise & mold. Place is ENORMOUS. location

Bad Explanation of why I was charged two times. I was charged a resort fee two times. The room AC didn’t work and it was 81 degrees in the room. When we asked to speak to someone, they handed my husband a piece of paper and a phone number to call. Nothing. The staff were extremely rude. Front desk staff had me in tears, and made to feel a fool. It was my husbands birthday.

It was the worst place that I have stayed in and I really want my money back. The staff was very rude when I tried to get directions to the room. They kept sending me back and forth. One of the gaurds was particularly rude and cutting me off when I was trying to talk to him about the confusion with getting to my room. I didn't have an opportunity to try the breakfast. The place where we were located was dim and in a corner and very confusing to get to. The floor in my room was wet from the air conditioning. I was not pleased... read more
Pleasant The coffee pot was disgusting and had floating white stuff in the reservoir definitely should have more shampoo and conditioner in the room the walls are paper thin and I didn't appreciate the party that was going on in the room next to me while I was trying to sleep at 11:00 at night
