Overpriced, especially food, and stale cheesecake that we wasted 20.00 for 2 stale slices Don't care for the newer slot machines, plus they took most of the ones we liked away. We couldn't find any as the buffet we always like, was closed due to Covid
Horrible, stay home! Not worth getting the virus Prices of food, stale cheesecake. I never before left hungry from Tropicana, everything closed due to Covid Going home! I was never bored, I know it's due to Covid, our buffet was closed so we had to eat high priced burgers, 2 for $50.0 and tip
Worst vacation ever, manager deserves to be fired The shower was filled with septic water, we had to run out of the room with out showering or brushing our teeth, we had to pack in the hallway, the tub was fill with poop. The manager made things worse by his cruel response, what he doesn’t understand is that pictures don’t lie. I like the location and some of the staff

Disappointing
Disappointed in the Tropicana Booked 4 rooms for freidns and family. Had 4 different individuals listed on the rooms for check in. When we went to check in the front desk clerk had told me that my whole group had already checked in when I was the 4th to check in. Waited about an hour for hotel staff to figure out what happened. The lady at the desk gave me the 4 names, 3 of which where on the reservation and one name that was checked in was not even on the reservation.
