disappointed with accommodations The Chelsea tower is old and in need of remodeling. It is more Iike a 1 star hotel with stains on curtains, chip or faded furniture, cracked mirror and cracked tiles in the shower Location was great
Fair Toilet in our room was running the entire time then eventually stopped flushing. Plumbing issues! Carpet in room was wet in one area from im assuming the shower. It smelled like mildew Good casino Lots of places to eat Clean
Fair I didn’t like how far everything was, there was only one place to check in I was in line for about an hour waiting to check into my room we didn’t get any clean linen in the first two days we were there everything is so expensive. I felt like I was in the airport it was just too big for me it was nice though. I like how I felt like I was in a mall an a casino at the same time as being in a hotel.
Extremely disappointing First off upon arrival the lady checking us in was pretty rude, once receiving our keys we go all the way up to Chelsea towers and find out our key did not work. We proceed to call the front desk because of how far the walk back is and they assure us they were sending a security guard immediately, we waited 20 minutes and finally got fed up and went looking for someone, found a security guard who had no clue what we were talking about so we proceeded back to the front desk to a different lady, just fo... read more

Disappointing Check out is at 11 and house keeping knocked on the door at 9am and they were pretty rude and then proceeded to come back not even an hour later. Also we were not told about the 50 dollar deposit and we were charged more than what we should have been. When we went to check out and talk to a manager about it, they were pretty rude about it. Everything was deposited back and we were refunded the extra amount, but the manager had a major attitude.
