Terrible The bed was sliding all night. This was the worst night of my life. I couldn’t sleep comfortably all night due to the bed.
Not as clean as usual Our room had marijuana leaves/residue in almost every drawer which did make us feel very uncomfortable. If cleaning staff missed this what else didn’t they clean during this COVID times. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. Have stay at Trop many times but this is probably the last. Not worth risking our health because of poor employees cleaning. There was also way to many people without mask on at Trop for us to feel safe as well.
Never again. Maybe a run with out adjoining room.. See above Location great.. room was nice... the adjoining room was noisy...loud young men with rock music. I literally could hear every word said... they were also smoking marijuana
Front desk staff was rude Beside the fact that you could never find someone at the resort when you need it, the front desk staff was not professional and rude. They failed to send me a recipient when I checked out and they said that they don’t have a printer either. I ask for a manager and she was even less hospitable that the other employee. Very disappointed from the service considering the $350 per night me and my wife payed to stay there.
